How to Request Deletion

If you want to delete your IronDrobe account and associated data, send a request from your registered email address to support@irondrobe.com with the subject: Delete My IronDrobe Account.

Required Details

• Registered phone number used in IronDrobe
• Shop name (if applicable)
• Reason for deletion (optional)

What Gets Deleted

• User profile information
• Customer and order data linked to your account
• App usage data associated with your account identity

Retention and Exceptions

We process deletion requests within 7 business days. Certain records may be retained for legal, fraud prevention, tax, or compliance obligations where required by law.
